Memories of Winter's Past side campaign
Valerie was first seen teaching her class, asking them to summon a creature with magic. After Agen Erikman summoned a pair of shadow beasts and Yaselmina Doure summoned a raven, the two of them were called to the library by Prism Raylos to take written tests. Due to the worrying and suspicious events that transpired there before Prism met with them, Yaselmina returned and gave Valerie a mysterious book she had received from a suspicious old woman that had claimed to be the librarian. After inspection, she determined that there was nothing magic about the book and that it was just a common children's book.
