Balfour Cyprin is a member of the Cyprin family, a human noble family in Snowcreek, and the younger brother to Barclay.

Balfour first met the party when they came to the Cyprin household to talk about the centipede incident following their defeat of the Very Hungry Centipede. He later offered to go to Chorofeyre with them to act as a point of contact with the Tundragan nobility, since they had business in Chorofeyre.
